We are recruiting for our student support team. As a year group SSM, you will liaise with teachers, tutors, parents, and carers in a key worker role, attending meetings, overseeing student progress, and acting as a reporting link to staff at all levels.
As part of our friendly and hardworking team, you will be a key worker for an identified year group, inspiring students to achieve their targets. The role also involves supporting classroom teachers with intervention and support activities, and providing occasional teaching cover.
You should be approachable, enthusiastic, motivated, and resilient, capable of supporting both vulnerable and high-achieving students, encouraging independence.
