Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
Full Time | From £95 per day | Start Date: After Easter
A primary school in Scunthorpe is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child who needs consistency, encouragement and structured guidance to thrive in their learning environment.
Key Requirements
* Confident behaviour management ability
* Knowledge and understanding of Autism and ADHD
* Resilient, patient and solution-focused
* Empathetic, calm and positive approach
* Strong communication skills

Role Responsibilities
* Delivering tailored 1:1 support throughout lessons and routines
* Supporting emotional regulation, sensory needs and engagement
* Promoting positive behaviour and independence
* Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO
* Creating a supportive, safe and predictable environment
