Role Responsibilities
* Grow existing portfolio by identifying new and existing opportunities and participate in cross-selling across Miller.
* Develop and maintain a prospect portfolio through research, contact initiation, and presentations to secure new business.
* Provide technical, industry, and subject matter expertise to support and advise clients.
* Determine suitable solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies to meet client needs and ensure profitable business.
* Assist in setting and fulfilling budgets for the portfolio of accounts.
* Gather all relevant information for annual renewals and key account endorsements.
* Understand clients’ business and risk management needs to deliver ongoing solutions.
* Maintain relationships with key market and client contacts.
* Coordinate with others to ensure compliant processing of contracts according to FCA and contract certainty requirements.
* Review policies, market presentations, and client documentation.
* Liaise with brokers to secure market agreements and monitor progress.
* Create presentations for clients, new and existing.
* Maintain accurate placement files using the corporate document management system.
* Perform quality control on all documentation.
* Ensure compliance procedures are followed for the entire client base.
* Adhere to Miller’s policies, procedures, training, and controls, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
