Job Summary
Jubilee Surgery is a friendly, well-established and forward-thinking GP practice in Whitton/Twickenham. We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate GP to join our supportive team. Working Pattern
* 6 sessions a week over 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Friday)
* 1 duty day per week with patient appointments reduced to 16 allowing protected additional admin time
* Early finish one day per week
* Six weeks annual leave with 1 week study leave pro rata
Roles and Responsibilities
The salaried GP will be responsible for delivering the full range of primary care services as part of our surgery team, ensuring the highest standards of care for the differing needs of our patient population. The role includes:
* Delivering face‑to‑face, telephone and online consultations, with a very low home visiting rate.
* Undertaking all normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
* Participating in Monthly Clinical and Practice meetings.
* Engaging with multidisciplinary team to provide high quality and accessible service to patients.

* Evidence of current revalidation and last appraisal.
* Eligibility to practice in the UK independently.
Desirable Experience and Skills
* Familiarity with EMIS Web, Docman, DXS and Accurx systems.
* Experience working within the Quality and Outcome Framework (QOF).
* Performers List registration.
* Leadership skills and willingness to contribute to practice development and management.

About the Practice
Jubilee Surgery is a high-performing, close-knit practice caring for around 6,000 patients. We are active members of our local PCN and work from modern, purpose-built premises shared with District Nursing, Social Care, Podiatry and Physiotherapy teams, making collaborative working easy and effective.
Our multidisciplinary team includes: 2 GP Partners, 3 salaried GPs, Pharmacist, Physician Associate, Senior Practice Nurse and HCA, Care Coordinators, Mental Health Worker and Social Prescriber. All supported by an excellent, approachable Practice Manager and a knowledgeable, friendly reception and admin team.
