Our Client, a leading professional insurance company, is seeking a Claims Technician to join their dynamic team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in claims handling to take on a varied and impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer new claims: receive instructions, open files and triage
* Assist Adjusters with investigations and enquiries
* Proactively manage file lifecycles, including diary and caseload management
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth claims handling
* Produce and support the drafting of technical reports
* Monitor time reporting, billing, and internal systems compliance
* Support wider account management and handle incoming calls and invoicing
About You:
* Experience handling and managing claims caseloads
* CILA or CII qualifications
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Skilled in relationship and stakeholder management
* Proactive, target-driven and flexible regarding occasional travel
