Job Title: 1st Line Support Technician
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Redhill, Surrey (own transport essential)
Tasks
What You’ll Do
* Act as the first point of contact for customer queries — providing friendly, reassuring, and efficient support.
* Log, track, and resolve IT issues in the service management platform.
* Learn hands‑on across a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking.
* Liaise with the wider technical team to find solutions that delight customers.
* Play a key role in maintaining an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements

You don’t need a degree or existing IT qualifications — training and mentorship are provided. What matters is:
* You enjoy solving problems and helping people.
* You’re confident communicating with customers by phone and email.
* You’re organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
* You have previous experience in a customer‑focused role
