Working with the maintenance team on site, the individual will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance. Hours of work4 on 4 off 07:00am to 19:00pm19:00pm to 07:00amContract type: Ongoing contractImmediate start Key duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etcPPM's & Reactive maintenanceEmergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor i.e. Hot & coldMaintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsManaging priorities within contract constraints. Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals. Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.
