Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage capital projects from start to finish
* Work closely with clinical teams, senior leaders, and external partners
* Oversee contractors, consultants, and design teams
* Ensure compliance with all regulations and Trust policies
* Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report to senior leadership
* Support business cases and feasibility studies
* Manage procurement, risk registers, and financial forecasts
* Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout delivery
What We're Looking For
* Strong project management experience in capital or construction projects (NHS/public sector experience desirable)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Knowledge of building regulations, procurement rules, and project governance
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Familiarity with HTMs, HBNs, HFNs, CIBSE, BS standards
* Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
