The Role of the Territory Account Manager
Are you motivated and ambitious with a desire to build a career in FMCG sales This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing consumer goods company as an Account Manager You will receive full training and support while working alongside experienced sales professionals to learn how to manage accounts develop new business and build strong relationships with retail partners
As an Account Manager you will support day to day customer relationships help drive sales growth and work towards taking ownership of your own accounts as you progress within the business
Key Responsibilities
• Support senior Territory Account Managers with managing existing customer accounts
• Build relationships with retailers distributors and buying teams
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve account performance
• Assist with promotional campaigns and brand activation projects
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records
• Work towards becoming a self-sufficient Territory Account Manager managing your own territory

The Ideal Candidate Territory Account Manager FMCG
• Open minded energetic and keen to learn
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Commercially aware and interested in retail or branded products
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Degree or equivalent experience preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
The Package on offer for the Territory Account Manager
• Basic £40000
• £15K uncapped OTE
• Company car or allowance
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays / Healthcare / 8% Pension
