The Role
This is a strategic hire within the Oxford office, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Employment practice in the region.
You will:
* Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Support and grow an existing client base while developing new business opportunities
* Work closely with colleagues across offices and practice areas
* Play an active role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
* Contribute to the wider growth strategy of the firm
About You
* An experienced Employment Partner or Senior Associate ready for partnership
* Strong technical expertise across all aspects of employment law
* A proven or developing track record in business development
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills
* A collaborative approach and interest in team development
