Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Long days and nights. 4 days - Monday, Tuesday and Friday; Wednesday or Thursday flex. Salary: This full-time position offers an annual salary up to £64,471 per annum FTE, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
* Demonstrate judgement in assessing and managing wide ranging and complex patient problems
* Provide clinical leadership for the mental health team, a multi-disciplinary team including mental health and substance misuse professionals
* Act as a role model, maintaining professional appearance and standards
* Support senior clinicians on site and be part of the daily leadership team, providing clinical input for all patients
* Utilise clinical expertise to ensure patient safety, management of complex cases, and application of up-to-date treatment methodologies
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse Adult Mental Health with current NMC registration or Registered Paramedic with current HCPC
* Independent/supplementary prescriber qualification
* MSc in Advanced Practice
* Experience working autonomously as an advanced clinical practitioner following best practice guidance
Desirable/Additional
* Experience in hospital, community, or prison environments (not essential)
