Sous Chef
Location: Uxbridge
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40hrs PW
Salary: £16.77 per hour
Are you passionate about food and ready to take the next step in your culinary career? We're looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team in Uxbridge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
Prepare high-quality dishes consistently
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Support menu development and stock control
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
Strong culinary skills and creativity
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Food hygiene certification preferred
