Overview
The right support makes our staff learning possible. As a strong administrator, with people at your focus, join our team as a People Development Assistant. Day to day, you will be based in the People Team (HR) office, helping behind the scenes so that our processes run smoothly. This admin focused role is based in Broadstairs College, although as part of the East Kent Colleges Group, you'll be needed to travel to our other sites occasionally. This will see you supporting the logistics of our monthly Inductions at different sites, as well as other training events. Being proficient in Microsoft Office along with other systems which support our people development will be key to your success. Day to day you'll be:
* Answering your colleagues queries on all things people development
* Signposting to relevant training & initiatives to support colleagues' development
* Liaising with training providers
* Processing staff development requests
* Working within our financial processes to make bookings & payments
* Logging completed training on our systems
* Supporting with training event logistics
