Permanent | £35,000 + Bonus (OTE £80k+)

The Role
* Work across commercial, property, and construction litigation matters.
* Take on early responsibility from drafting and research to client calls and case preparation.
* Build strong client relationships and develop essential advocacy skills.
* Work in a modern, tech-enabled environment with cloud systems, automation, and AI.

What We’re Looking For
* Excellent academics - strong law degree (2:1 or above preferred), SQE1.
* Genuine commitment to litigation and disputes.
* Evidence of real-world experience (internships, legal clinics, or relevant work).
* Clear communication skills and confidence to build rapport with clients.
