Job Title: Positive Behavioural Practitioner Location: South Scotland (Flexible Location) Salary: £36,000 plus £3,000 car allowance Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Positive Behavioural Practitioner to join our team in South Scotland. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism, applying their skills and expertise to improve quality of life through positive behaviour support strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct behaviour assessments within the positive behaviour support framework. - Develop and implement strategies to reduce restrictive practices. - Deliver training workshops and teach adult learners. - Provide ongoing learning and development support. - Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members. Qualifications & Experience: - Level 5 PBS qualification with a willingness to work towards Level 6/7 or an ABA qualification. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in PBS. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in behaviour assessments and reducing restrictive practices.
