Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into this standalone role during a period of growth and change - someone who can quickly stabilise, implement and deliver across the full HR remit.
This is a hands-on role from day one, with a strong focus on operational HR, employee relations and TUPE activity, alongside supporting the business through ongoing organisational change.
As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:
Providing immediate, hands-on HR support across the organisation
Leading on complex ER cases, performance and absence management
Supporting TUPE activity and workforce integration
Reviewing and embedding HR policies, processes and ways of working
Partnering with leadership to support stability and performanceProfile
You will need:
Proven experience operating as an interim HR Business Partner / HR Manager
Strong track record in fast-paced, operational environments
Confidence managing complex ER and change
Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
Experience supporting organisational change and TUPE processes
Previous experience within SME/Start up organisationsJob Offer
💼 Contract: Full time - 3-6 months
💰 Day Rate: £350-£450 per day (via Umbrella) dependant on experience
📍 Location: Hybrid - 2 days on-site in Exeter (sometimes more when needed)
