Are you a passionate Early Years Educator looking for a setting that values your expertise as much as you value a child’s development? We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant, family‑oriented nursery located just a stones throw from Cambridge Station.
Working in our beautifully refurbished building, you’ll be part of a team recognized for its outstanding contribution to the social and emotional growth of children aged 12 months to 4 years.
Details
* Location: Station Road, Cambridge (Excellent transport links + on-site parking)
* Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Rotating shift pattern between 7:30am – 6:00pm)
* Salary: GBP14.00 per hour
* Work schedule: Open 48 weeks a year with guaranteed closures at Christmas, Easter, and 2 weeks in August
Your role
* Deliver high-quality EYFS practice that sparks curiosity and joy.
* Foster a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels seen and supported.
* Utilize our outdoor spaces to encourage physical play and exploration.
* Collaborate with a supportive team to maintain our outstanding standard of care.
What You’ll Need
* Essential: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above).
* Desirable: Paediatric First Aid certification.
* Heart: A genuine passion for early childhood development and a desire to grow professionally.
