Head of Commercial Sales – Wealth Management

A leading UK financial services organisation is looking for an experienced senior leader to head up its Corporate Solutions division. The role oversees a team of consultants delivering workplace pensions, auto-enrolment and employee benefits advice to a wide range of corporate clients.
This is a strategic, commercially focused leadership role with responsibility for proposition development, team performance, client experience, and channel growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Corporate Solutions function and act as the market-facing lead
* Develop and evolve the corporate advice proposition
* Manage, coach and develop a team of Corporate Consultants
* Oversee delivery of high-quality corporate pensions & benefits advice
* Build and manage senior corporate client relationships
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Ensure FCA compliance, Consumer Duty obligations and strong governance
* Drive operational improvements and support wider business projects
Experience & Qualifications
* Background in workplace pensions, corporate financial advice, or employee benefits
* Strong sales leadership and business development experience
* Experience managing advisory teams within a regulated environment
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
