The Opportunity
As Hospital Manager, you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, partnering with the Managing DVM to run smooth, profitable operations while fostering a positive hospital culture. Reporting to the Manager of Regional Operations, you’ll lead daily operations, manage costs, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional client service.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
* Resolve client issues and oversee follow‑up communications.
* Partner with the Managing DVM on staffing, training, and performance management.
* Manage hospital operations, including policies, compliance, vendor relationships, and inventory.
* Oversee payroll, budgeting, and financial goals.
* Drive client visits through strategic communications and local marketing.
* Promote a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
What You Bring
* Proven experience leading teams and managing day‑to‑day operations.
* Strong decision‑making skills and resilience in ambiguity.
* Expertise in operational strategy and aligning team goals with organizational objectives.
* Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
* A genuine love for animals and people who care for them.
Bonus Points For
* Experience in veterinary, healthcare, dental, or hospitality management.
* Payroll, budgeting, and annual goal‑setting experience.
* Familiarity with MS Suite, Ceridian Dayforce, or PIMS software.
