Key duties of the Health and Safety Manager:

* Conduct risk assessments, lead audits, and maintain compliance with ISO45001 and BRC standards.
* Be the visible face of health and safety on the shop floor, empowering teams to take ownership.
* Partner with leaders and staff to develop and execute strategies that support growth and sustainability goals.
* As a key member of the SLT you will run health and safety meetings and take the business on the safety journey.
