About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Hackney. This is a full-time position supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to ensure every child reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. * Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development. * Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment. * Support children with additional needs to access the curriculum. * Contribute to the wider school community and activities. About You: * Ideally hold a relevant degree. * Minimum of 1 year’s classroom experience (primary preferred). * Passionate about education and making a positive impact on children’s learning. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Recent graduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
