A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stretford is looking for a full-time Reception Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from March. In this role, you will support the class teacher with engaging lessons and activities, help children with their learning both individually and in small groups, and contribute to creating a safe and stimulating classroom. You’ll also assist with observations and assessments while working closely with staff, parents, and carers to support positive outcomes for pupils. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children—preferably in an Early Years setting—along with a patient, caring approach and strong communication skills.
