Warehouse Operative
Location: Altham, Accrington
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
The Best Connection are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-known warehouse and manufacturing company based in Altham, Accrington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term work with progression in a growing manufacturing environment.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 16:00
* Friday: 08:30 - 13:30
* 30-minute unpaid break
Key Duties:
* Picking and packing orders
* General warehouse duties
* Operating machinery (CNC experience preferred)
* Working with steel and wood materials
* Assisting in the manufacture of Polytunnels
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* CNC machine experience advantageous
* FLT experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to work with steel and wood materials
* Good attention to detail and reliability
* Ability to work at a fast pace
