About the Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll play a central role in supporting the strategic and operational effectiveness of the business. Reporting directly to the Directors, you’ll oversee studio-wide functions including HR, quality assurance, health & safety, internal communications, and IT coordination.
You’ll lead the administrative, graphics, and communications teams while acting as the key liaison for external consultants and suppliers. From day-to-day operations to long-term planning, you’ll help ensure the studio runs smoothly, supports its people effectively, and is set up to thrive.

About You
* You have 5+ years’ experience in practice/studio operations, ideally within a creative or consultancy environment
* You’re highly organised, proactive, and confident managing systems, people, and performance
* You’ve led on HR processes, staff onboarding, and internal communications
* You’re familiar with collaborative tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and resource planning software
* You’re confident balancing strategic leadership with operational detail
* You communicate clearly, manage relationships well, and are comfortable leading internal teams
* You’re motivated by continuous improvement and want to help shape how a studio evolves
