About the role
Balfour Beatty are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Regional Buildings team based in Reading.
What you'll be doing
Within this role as an Administrator you'll:
1. Assist the Timekeeper with the uploading of timesheets/ hours onto Oracle R12 & Replicon software.
2. Ensuring allocation sheets are submitted and received by all the JV blue collars on time to issue accurate cost allocations and adjustments;
3. Maintaining Absence/Sickness/Holiday trackers for the Blue Collar employees;
4. General Admin duties Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying/scanning;
5. Cover reception when required - Screen telephone calls, deal with messages and enquiries;
6. Cover Plan of the day when required;
7. Book conference rooms internally and externally for the team meetings;
8. Any other admin task that may be required by their line manager.
