Audit Manager

An established and growing accountancy firm with offices across the Southwest is seeking a confident and experienced Audit Manager to join its expanding Bristol team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing varied and engaging audit work, building strong client relationships, and helping lead and mentor a team.
About the Role
* Manage a diverse client portfolio with turnovers ranging from £1m to £100m
* Act as a trusted adviser to clients, providing support on audit, commercial, and technical matters
* Take responsibility for client relationships and broader services, such as remuneration planning and corporate structures
* Advise on corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising
* Play an active role in business development and winning new work (both audit and non-audit)
What We’re Looking For
* ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified
* Strong technical knowledge (UK GAAP, IFRS, ISAs, Companies Act)
* Confident, proactive, and commercially minded
* Proven leadership and team development experience
* Effective communicator with a strong focus on client service
