The RoleReporting to the Head of Product, youll focus on aligning AssetNests product strategy with the overall business strategy. You'll work closely with the Engineering Lead & design team to define and execute the team's product road map. Key Responsibilities Working with the Senior Product manager to develop the companys product management function, introducing best practices and ways of working to the delivery team responsible for Assetnest. Working with the Senior Product manager to develop the teams product vision and strategy, and clearly communicating this across the company. Working with our designers to conducting user research and develop wireframes and prototypes. Aligning Assetnests product delivery process across research, design, development, and delivery. Managing the Assetnest product backlog and sprint planning process. Developing a deep understanding of our customers and the overall market we operate in. Essentials we are looking for Experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in a software company. At least 1 year's experience in a role related to product management. Enthusiasm for modern ways of working, using systems and tools with quality, and a desire to help others get better at how they work. A good knowledge of agile methodologies and modern ways of working. A growth mindset: youre flexible and have a positive attitude towards change. Excellent communication skills and experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent written English. Stuff wed love, but isnt essential Hands-on experience as a product manager (or similar) in a cross-functional software team, ideally in a start-up environment. Experience working in a fully remote company. Some technical or design experience you've written a bit of code or done some design work. Experience working with design systems (we use Figma).
