3t Training Services is the UK’s largest provider of training for the oil and gas, wind, and power industries, with a significant global presence, impacting utilities sectors including gas, electric, and water.
The Role
The successful candidate will act as line manager for Utilities Trainers, provide technical and training leadership, and represent UCT, ensuring the operational running of the Manchester facility.
* Ensure compliance of the Utilities Practical area with UCT Health and Safety policies.
* Provide advice, assistance, and support to Utilities trainers and assessors.
* Collaborate with IQA on specialized utilities distribution updates.
* Assist in implementing new internal quality assurance procedures.
* Support training course scheduling and planning.
* Mentor new Utilities training staff during their probation period.
* Deliver Utilities training courses offered by UCT.
* Maintain excellent industry knowledge.
* Lead the Utilities team with a positive attitude, promoting high performance.
* Represent UCT as an industry expert on qualification initiatives.

Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years industry experience.
* PTLLS Level 3 or A Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training.
* Assessing Competence in the Work Environment Level 3, A1, or D32/33 Qualification.
* Health and Safety Qualification (IOSH / NEBOSH) preferred.
Pay: £51,500.00 per year
