Our client is searching for a confident, hands-on Studio Manager to take the lead in a beautifully designed, premium Pilates and education space in Islington. What You’ll Be Doing Studio Operations Take full ownership of the studio’s daily running Open, close, and ensure everything operates smoothly Manage class schedules, space usage, and equipment readiness Keep the studio immaculate, organised, and welcoming Team & Tutor Coordination Coordinate freelance instructors and visiting tutors Manage rotas, cover, and ongoing communication Support onboarding and studio inductions Act as the on-site lead during courses and workshops Client Experience Deliver a premium, front-of-house experience Be the go-to for enquiries, feedback, and problem-solving Build strong relationships with members to drive retention Create a calm, welcoming, community-led atmosphere Business & Performance Support membership growth and class attendance Monitor bookings, usage, and cancellations Assist with promotions, launches, and education activity Spot opportunities to improve performance and experience Administration & Systems Manage bookings, memberships, and payments Maintain accurate records and documentation Liaise with suppliers and partners Provide updates to senior leadership What We’re Looking For Essential: Experience in Pilates, fitness, or the wellness industry Confidence working independently and taking full ownership Strong organisation and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, especially with freelancers A calm, professional, solutions-focused mindset Desirable: Experience managing a studio, venue, or hospitality space Experience working with freelance/self-employed teams Familiarity with booking or membership systems Commercial awareness and interest in growth What Success Looks Like The studio runs seamlessly day-to-day Instructors and tutors feel supported and valued Members feel welcomed, engaged, and loyal The space consistently delivers a premium experience Your recruiter for this role is Cam Bridger, Account Director at Love Recruitment and can be contacted simply by applying for this role below.
