From neat lawns to colourful planting, your work will make every corner welcoming and safe. You’ll take pride in delivering a high-quality maintenance service that meets the needs of residents and visitors, bringing care and attention to every detail. Your role Deliver high-quality grounds maintenance to meet care home standards Create and maintain landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces Maintain tools and equipment, reporting faults and hazards promptly Lead resident gardening activities and “Grow Your Own” programmes Manage greenhouse operations for plants and seasonal displays Conduct risk assessments and address safety concerns Order and manage supplies for grounds maintenance Your skills Recent experience in a similar role with strong gardening and horticultural knowledge Practical experience operating gardening machinery Good written and spoken English; clear communication skills Ability to follow written instructions and maintain simple records Your rewards You deserve more than the basics.
