This role is fully funded by the Barrhead service and is based in a setting that provides 24‑hour support every day of the week. Strong organisational, administrative and record‑keeping skills. Excellent leadership and people skills: ability to motivate, support, and guide support workers. Flexibility: willing to work across various shifts (including nights, early starts, late finishes, weekends) and sleepovers. A commitment to person‑centred care, upholding dignity, safety, rights, and promoting independence. What we offer: A full‑time senior role with meaningful responsibility and clear impact. Opportunities to develop your leadership and management skills within a supportive team. Access to staff benefits, training & development, and a chance to work in an organisation with strong values and commitment to quality care.
