Tenancy Operations Manager - CambridgeTenancy Operations ManagerWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine desire to take personal responsibility in delivering excellent customer service as part of our housing team, jointly overseeing the day-to-day management of our Tenancy Management team. This is a new, additional post within the team.In this exciting role you will be responsible for:Delivering tenancy management services, including overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our tenancy audit programmeEngaging directly with tenants, leaseholders, councillors, resident representatives, and partner agencies across CambridgeDirect line management of officers within our Tenancy Management teamProject ManagementOur ideal candidate will have worked in social housing management and will have detailed knowledge of housing legislation and procedures to be a technical expert in tenancy management. You will work on your own initiative, manage a busy workload, and you will join us with a proven ability to lead teams dealing with complex and varied caseloads. Strong line management experience is a must, along with the ability to build effective relationships and excellent knowledge of key safeguarding principles.
