Our client, a leading consultancy in the UK, is currently seeking a skilled Document Controller to join their team. As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising, processing, and maintaining project documentation to ensure timely availability
Creating and updating document control procedures to enhance efficiency
Collaborating with project teams to collect and distribute documentation
Managing document control systems, including electronic document management systems
Reviewing and verifying documents for quality and accuracy
Maintaining document logs and registers
Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in document control, preferably within the construction industry
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
