We are looking for a Wellbeing Manager to lead the delivery of community-based mental health support services across East London. You will oversee a frontline team supporting adults experiencing poor mental health and help deliver programmes that promote wellbeing, recovery and community engagement. Duties include: Lead and support a frontline team delivering community mental health programmes Manage referrals, caseloads and service delivery to ensure high-quality support Build relationships with local authorities, partners and referral organisations Monitor performance, reporting and compliance across services Develop wellbeing activities and programmes for service users Experience required: Managing or delivering programmes for people with poor mental health Minimum of 2 years experience providing community work in a full-time paid role Please note: There will be some unsociable hours such as evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The charity will consider someone part time also (30 hours a week minimum).
