The Role Providing 1:1 support to pupils with SEND Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs Assisting the class teacher with differentiation and support strategies Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation Supporting pupils' academic and social development throughout the school day Requirements Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary setting Calm, patient, and consistent approach Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification preferred Why Aspire People?
