Responsibilities:

* Lead from the front taking responsibility for sales performance and setting a clear commercial direction
* Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
* Drive new business while maintaining and expanding key accounts
* Build and execute strategy alongside senior leadership, working closely with vendors and distributors to shape market approach
* Oversee deal logistics from end to end including pricing, negotiation, and partner collaboration
* Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to broader business planning at a senior level

Requirements:

* A proven background in IT reseller, distributor, or VAR sales, with a clear understanding of the UK channel landscape
* Demonstrable experience of leading and scaling sales teams
* Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering significant revenue and margin growth
* Strategic and hands-on, ready to contribute at every level of the sales process
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also confident making high-impact decisions
* Based within reach of our South-East office and happy to be in the office two days per week

Salary:

* A base salary up to £73,000, with uncapped OTE – realistic earnings of £130,000–£140,000+
