Our client based in Kings Lynn is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their team on a part time basis. To be considered for the Warehouse Administrator role you must have previous experience in an Admin role. Experience in export and shipping admin would be advantageous. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Administrator role are: * Carrying out administrative tasks that support moving, picking and packing palletised product and spare parts and collection or delivery of goods. * Monitor and react to emails from the commercial teams and carry out necessary changes to documents. * Overseeing all Export Shipments – Processing Shipments * Preparing commercial invoices for Export orders and saving/scanning export documentation. * Gather metrics and data relating to the warehouse operations. * Conduct stocktakes of products as per requested by Manager. * Assist with Invoicing. * Producing Courier quotes. * Processing end of day manifests. * Confirming Warehouse Shipments (UK and Export). This position is a part time role, with the contracted hours being 26.5 hours per week.
