We are looking for a creative social worker with strong values who can work in a strength-based way to promote the skills and abilities of people with learning disabilities. In Norfolk we are passionate about supporting Adults with learning disabilities to lead independent lives and we are looking for a colleague who can help us to achieve this. You will be a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, based with health colleagues in Park View resource centre in Kings Lynn It is essential that you hold a professional social work qualification (MA or BA Social Work, DipSW or CQSW) and are registered with Social Work England. You must have knowledge and experience of working under the relevant parts of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act. You will be skilled at working within a multidisciplinary team to achieve good outcomes for people. You will be able to drive and willing to travel to locations across Norfolk and sometimes beyond.
