Join the team at McDonald’s as a General Manager overseeing a high‑volume franchise restaurant. The restaurant is owned and operated by the independent franchisee Ice Age Management, Inc; this franchisee is the sole employer and is fully responsible for employment matters.
Responsibilities
* Run a profitable restaurant and ensure compliance with McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
* Set restaurant goals in partnership with the leadership team and develop a plan to achieve them.
* Lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals, monitoring progress, coaching, and providing direction to improve each department.
* Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Qualifications
* Prior General Manager experience managing high‑volume locations, preferably in quick‑service restaurants.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
* Open availability and reliable transportation.
