Your Role
1. Lead the end-to-end UX design process from discovery through delivery across multiple projects.
2. Mentor and guide a team of UX/UI designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and growth.
3. Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
4. Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centric design solutions.
5. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intent.
6. Advocate for design best practices, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
7. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on vision and execution.
8. Present and communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Your Profile
1. 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. Deep understanding of UX research methods, interaction design, and information architecture.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
7. Passion for staying current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
8. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
