Sales Administrator - Edinburgh
* £26,000 per year
* Temporary with a view to go permanent (not guaranteed)

Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
The role of Sales Administrator:
* Prepare and manage lower-value sales quotations
* Assist with budget pricing and tender schedules
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, specifications, and lead times
* Coordinate team calendars for training and workshops
* Support Account Managers with mock-ups and sample orders
* Track supplier deliveries and ensure timelines are met
* Verify supplier order acknowledgements against purchase orders
* Monitor project budgets and flag discrepancies
* Attend internal handover and project meetings
* Ensure delivery of agreed client service levels
* Maintain workflow documentation for compliance and audits
* Book deliveries and installations for smaller orders
* Authorise supplier invoices and track job reports
* Handle warranty and service issues
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal Sales Administrator:
* Experience in a customer service or procurement role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Calm under pressure and proactive in problem-solving
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
