Role Overview
Educational Diversity wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible Engagement Coach to support our students. The successful candidate will work with students aged 5 to 16 with emotional, behavioural, social, and/or medical needs, helping them transition into and through post-16 learning.
You will be working with some of the most vulnerable and challenging young people in Blackpool who are at risk of becoming NEET.
Candidate Requirements
Experience working with young people with emotional, behavioural, social, and/or medical needs is essential. Ability to form and maintain positive relationships with disengaged young people in various settings is also required.
