Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire| Full-Time | £18,000 — £25,000
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a fast-paced team? We’re looking for a confidentAdministration Assistantto join our dynamic firm of Consultant Surveyors, specialising in Non-Domestic (Business) Rates appeals, where your work directly helps businesses navigate the complex world of Business rates.
About the Role
As an integral part of both our Sales and Client Services teams, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Cleansing, processing and inputting new business data with accuracy and efficiency
* Supporting clients in registering their properties via the Government Gateway platform
* Liaising with sales representatives to ensure smooth handovers of new prospects
* Maintaining client records and supporting general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
* A strong communicator who’s confident dealing with both internal teams and clients
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
* An eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
* Previous experience in property, legal, or a similar professional services environment is a plus
