The Role
There is a natural leadership gap in this team and the firm are looking for the right person to fill it. Whether you are a Senior Associate ready to make the step up or already operating at partner level, this is a genuine opportunity to run a high quality caseload and have real influence over how the team and department is shaped going forward.
You will work directly alongside the existing head of department across a broad range of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, restructuring and insolvency and banking and finance litigation. The variety is intentional, allowing you to keep your hand in the areas of litigation you enjoy most whilst involving yourself in the wider strategy and business development of the team.
No external following is required given the existing workflow already in place, though an appetite for harnessing internal referrals and building relationships across the business will stand you in good stead.
