Quantity Surveyor Location: East Midlands| Hybrid working The Role We’re recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for a residential development site. You’ll manage costs from site start through to final account, ensuring strong cost control, accurate forecasting and best value delivery throughout the build. Reporting into senior commercial leadership, this role offers real ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to influence commercial outcomes on high-quality housing developments.
