This market leader in signage and cladding, are looking for an Account Manager to look after their existing key clients. They deliver bespoke signage for high profile clients and are known for delivering outstanding results. The company is ambitious, innovative, and growth-focused, with a strong team ethos.
The main purpose of the role is to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships and exploring any other avenues within the accounts. This is a hybrid role, most clients are within the Kent and London area.
Signage or print knowledge and experience is essential for this position to enable development of the account and also ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, production, and installation teams.
There is also an opportunity to earn commission on total new business, 3% of net profit.
Main Responsibilities:
Account Management & Customer Service
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing responsive, professional, and a proactive service.
* Develop a strong understanding of each client’s brand, business needs, and project goals via email and also visiting clients at their premises.
* Manage ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and project updates clearly and professionally.
* Ensure client expectations are met through clear communication and effective handover to internal teams.
Business Development
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new clients through referrals, networking, and follow-up.
* Support the development of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Assist in preparation of accurate quotations in collaboration with the Estimating team.
* Contribute ideas for new products, services, or approaches that enhance client satisfaction and competitiveness.
Administration
* Maintain accurate client records, quotes, and communications in company systems.
* Track account activity and contribute to sales forecasts and reporting.
* Gather feedback from clients to support service improvements and identify new opportunities.
* Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold its values of quality, integrity, and teamwork.

* Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
* Good written communication and confidence in preparing professional quotes or proposals.
* Competent in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel) or equivalent systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent results.
* Self-motivated and reliable, with a willingness to learn about signage products and processes.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with signage materials, production processes, or installation methods.
* Experience using CRM or job management software.
* Current driver’s licence for client visits and site inspections.
