We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Support Manager to join a well-established care home group. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to drive quality improvement and operational excellence across multiple care homes in the Lincolnshire.

Salary: £55, 000 - £60, 000 per annum + 15% Bonus Potential + car allowance
Location: Lincolnshire
Type: Permanent
* Conduct monthly Provider/Compliance visits, reviewing KPIs, service improvement plans, maintenance logs, and environmental standards
* Take ownership of care home quality outcomes and overall performance within your region
* Lead on the standardisation of documentation and roll-out of best practices across all homes
* Develop, monitor, and support action plans with Home Managers following audits or complaints
* Maintain a strong and visible presence across services, with focused support for underperforming homes
* Provide hands-on management cover during Home Manager absences
* Build and maintain effective relationships with CQC, Local Authorities, and other professional stakeholders
* Attend and contribute to Governance and Central Team meetings, presenting audit outcomes and insights
* Guide Home Managers to achieve commercial goals, including occupancy growth and marketing activity
* Contribute to policy and procedure development to enhance care standards and compliance
* Assess training needs, review completion data, and organise or deliver training as required
* Support and develop Home Managers through coaching, mentoring, and regular 1:1 guidance
* Lead and manage formal processes including disciplinary hearings, appeals, and grievances in line with company protocols
Required Skills & Experience
* Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) highly desirable but no essential
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with commitment to complete NVQ Level 5 or 7
