Overview: You’ll be the face of JoJo, providing a fantastic level of customer care and service, guiding, informing, and assisting customers in selecting our clothing and products. This role emphasizes Omni-Channel customer service and building customer loyalty in a digital retail world.
A typical day
A Peek Into Your Daily Adventures
 * Assisting our customers in diverse situations, from bra fitting or maternity wear discussions to demonstrating a baby carrier to an intrigued parent.
 * Preparing Omni-Channel orders.
 * Liaising with customers in store or by phone on Omni-Channel orders.
 * Using our digital or virtual learning platforms to continuously develop knowledge and retail skills.
 * Embracing new product knowledge and learning to increase sales opportunities.
 * Actively listening to customers’ needs and identifying the best solution for them.
 * Taking pride in keeping the store looking immaculate.
A typical week would be 2x5 hour shifts; flexibility is required in line with store requirements.
Skills and qualifications
 * Previous retail, customer service and sales experience
 * Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
 * Ability to learn and retain product information and communicate it effectively to customers
 * Self-developing mentality and curiosity to learn new products independently
 * Ability to demonstrate sales ability through active listening, empathy, and understanding customer needs (no hard-sell tactics)
 * Ability to work harmoniously in a small team
 * Flexibility to work in a retail environment with stores open 7 days a week
 * Keen eye for detail and contribution to maintaining store standards
