Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing food costs and achieving GP targets
* Train and guide kitchen staff on dish specs, portion control, and standards
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and storage procedures
* Maintain hygiene standards and ensure HACCP compliance
* Keep accurate records for cleaning schedules, temperatures, and food labelling
* Support smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with front-of-house teams
