Salary: £38,220 – £49,282 + up to £3,500 welcome bonus (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker/Senior Practitioner to join a Family Support & Safeguarding Team based in Oxfordshire.

What You’ll Be Doing:
5. Lead complex cases using a cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary safeguarding model
6. Manage your own caseload and support statutory planning
7. Provide support to junior members of staff
What You’ll Bring:
8. Social Work England registration and a degree in social work
9. 2+ years experience & Completion of ASYE
10. Confident communicator with strong legal and policy knowledge
11. Have a good understanding of safeguarding, relevant legislation, guidance, policy and procedures, and values and principles of FSS.
12. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
